Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy explains how Hatch Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Hatch Solutions”, “we”, “us”), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, handles personal information when you visit hatchsolutions.in or write to us. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our product NeXT Billing has its own privacy policy, which covers the data a business keeps in it (its customers, bills and stock): read it at app.nextbilling.in/privacy.

What we collect

  • When you write to us — your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and whatever you put in the message.
  • When you visit this site — standard technical records our servers and network provider keep for security and reliability: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

Why we use it

  • To answer you, and to follow up about a product or project you asked about.
  • To keep the site secure and working — spotting abuse, fixing faults.
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping business records.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

  • Google Workspace (Google LLC) — our email.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, TLS and protection from attacks; traffic passes through its network.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein, Germany — the server this site runs on.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We use them under their standard data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as we are in touch and for up to three years after, unless the law requires longer (for example, records of a contract). Server records are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it, and you can withdraw consent you gave us. You may also nominate someone to act for you. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, write to our grievance contact at [email protected] with “Privacy grievance” in the subject. If we cannot resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
